Refund policy

Malivon – Worldwide Return & Refund Policy (30 Days)

At Malivon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day worldwide return policy, starting from the date you receive your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive defective or damaged.

2. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at contactmalivon@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request.”
We’ll provide the return address, instructions, and if applicable, a return shipping label.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos of the item and your order number.
We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Personalized or engraved products.

  • Personal care or hygiene items (for sanitary reasons).

  • Gift cards or final sale/clearance items.

5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, simply return it first.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email to confirm approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, please contact us at contactmalivon@gmail.com.

7. International & Worldwide Orders

Our policy applies worldwide, including the European Union, United States, Puerto Rico, and other international destinations.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

In case of conflict between this policy and local consumer laws, the minimum legal consumer rights of the buyer’s country will always apply.
